Love this pasta and the friendly employees. I wish they delivered to Sobe right now because I’m craving the mushroom pasta!

Arguably the best Italian food I have ever had, including in Italy (Roma, Genova, Tuscany included). This special pappardelle sausage with fresh tomato and arugula was beyond. Congratulations Borti Pasta Restaurant, you really elevated it to the max!!!! Will go back many many more times

Parking is difficult and expensive but the food is totally worthy. Can’t wait to come back and try the other dishes in the menu.

1. The pasta was ok (6/10). The garlic breas was good (7.5/10)

2. Many dishes that you see here in Google reviews are not from there. Sadly, this is becoming recurrent in Miami. Even dishes posted by a profile with the restaurant’s brand.

3. The atmosphere is cool. It’s shopping with many different restaurants together. Loud and family friendly.

4. Price is ok.

5. Parking is paid. $8/hr or $10/2hr

Borti Pasta Bar is a true celebration of authentic Italian cuisine, and the credit goes to Mauro, whose vision and passion have brought a genuine taste of Italy right to the heart of the city. From the moment you step in, you can feel that this is not just another pasta place, it is an experience built on tradition, quality, and love for good food.

The highlight here is undoubtedly the fresh pasta. Every dish reflects the kind of craftsmanship that comes only from someone who deeply respects Italian culinary heritage. The portions are generous, the flavors are perfectly balanced, and the ingredients are carefully sourced to maintain authenticity.

Among the many options, the Roman classics stand out as absolute perfection. The carbonara is creamy yet delicate, made with the right technique and without shortcuts, exactly how it should be. The amatriciana bursts with flavor, with just the right touch of tomato and the richness of true Italian guanciale. And then there’s the gricia, perhaps the purest expression of Roman pasta, executed flawlessly with guanciale that adds depth and texture to every bite.

Mauro has managed to bring not just food but true Italian spirit to the table. If you’re looking for a place where pasta is treated with respect, passion, and authenticity, Borti Pasta Bar is an absolute must. Bravo my friend Mauro, thank you for reminding us all of the beauty of real Italian cuisine.

We have been waiting to try this place since we moved to Miami on August 15th. The wait was well worth it. The vodka sauce pasta and the bolognese were to die for. The pasta was cooked on point and the sauces perfectly made!! Coming back and often!! 👌🏾👌🏾🔥🔥❤️❤️

My favorite pasta in Miami! It’s a “if you know” spot. Yes you can go to a bunch different places in Miami for pasta but I have been living here for 20 years! Best pasta in Miami.

I am so so sad to write this review. After reading excellent reviews, we chose to eat here inside the Citadel. When we came
Up to grab our food when it was ready, my husband asked for parmesan cheese, to which the lady said “the pastas already have cheese in them”. So we can’t have a little bit of parmesan?? … and then we had the amatriciana and the carbonara and the pastas were very very salty. Im glad a lot of people love this place, but the service was so poor that Im not even willing to try it again.
