Excellent food and service in a classy setting - a hidden gem. Best osso bucco in Miami, excellent quality all around.

One of the best services I ever experienced in my life regarding to a Restaurant, the food, the environment. At Arrival the owner welcomed us in a very professional way, staff super nice, amazing food. If you go to Miami this is a go to place to have a nice meal, definitely I will come back and every friend that I have I send them there to try this amazing food and experience.

Food was absolutely delicious! Service is immaculate! Ordered the margarita and it is very strong and tastes great! The complementary bread was super soft and fresh. I ordered the shrimp scampi and the shrimp was super fresh and was by far the best shrimp I’ve ever had. The sauce was lemony and the noodles were cooked to perfection. The tiramisu was a 10/10.

If you’re thrown off a bit by a place trying to be upscale yet having bargain bin IKEA furniture, remember to trust your first impressions.
This place caters to an agoraphobic Brickell Key clientele that doesn’t want to leave the landfill island. This will only get worse as the construction on the Mandarin picks up.
The poor quality of service starts with the management. There is a lot of staff turnover because the management really mistreats their staff, if they’re not openly harassing them, trying to get them to lie for them, or trying to date them.
Two things that everyone should really know about the place though. They actually use Goya Sazon in the kitchen. Seriously. Of a supposedly nice restaurant…. Imagine putting that in a veal Osso Bucco. This should tell you of the quality and corners they’re willing to cut.
They also don’t do month end inventory like every other proper restaurant. Why? Because they fill the top shelf liquor bottles with cheap well stuff. They keep the real stuff for regular customers who can tell the difference but will scam first time or one off customers. This is very dishonest, but that’s kind of the theme here.
Excellent clams though! Probably the one dish they don’t dump sazón into!
Don’t get the Francesca salad, not after what they did to the old bartender there that it was named after. That’s bad karma. Poor girl

This restaurant will close soon! Service is arrogant and the manager totally incompetent.
Each dish is an average of $24-$38
Today we were charged $ 10 for two extra slices which we requested for the Buratta which is on the menu for $28 . Ridiculous!

Calamari was like eating fried dough at a youth fair. The bread was similar to what you find at a gas station store. The entree were good but not comprable to the price paid

I went to check this cute, relaxed spot for the miami spice month. I will say the pasta was pretty good! The service was spot on! Definitely felt welcomed ! The tiramisu I wasn’t as impressed with .

I used to LOVE this place. The food was amazing and delicious. However, yesterday I went for dinner and the food was a disaster. The fettuccini Alfredo was a joke. No flavor and I ordered a small kids pasta which was also not tasty at all. My son hated it and they charged $19 for it. I am not sure if they changed the chef but the quality of food really downgraded.
