The employees lack customer service, and management is right beside them in this affair. I wanted to buy the Jamaican patties as I am a repeat customer, and one time one of their employees heated up for me because it was not warm, and today I attempted the same thing, but when I tried to communicate, the employee did not speak even the most basic English, which is not good but understandable at least at this school, but what really urked me was the management response when the employee got his boss, as he said the employee was incorrect in a rushed and hostile tone. I can understand rules and respect them, but being hospitable to your customers goes a long way. I was going to give five stars to this place before, but if you do these actions, I will give you two stars. DO BETTER.
