Needed a Java chip fix? the barista was so nice, and he made it so good. The only thing is the app says drive thru available, but there's no drive thru. But happy with my order?

Just got a drink here, the service was good but I order a venti and got a grande instead. Poor guy that was making the drinks doesnt have enough time to look at the order. You guys need to hire more people. Coming from customer service myself you guys need to hire someone for rush hours. Your making one person do the cash register and make the drinks. To top that off there was a rude lady demanding oat milk instead of regular milk. You guys really need to hire some people.
