I always have such a great experience with the Nespresso team, especially Frankie and Terrel! They are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and always happy to help. I love going in person because they make the experience so enjoyable and are always willing to answer questions and help me find exactly what I need. They truly make a difference in the overall experience!
