I always have such a great experience with the Nespresso team, especially Frankie and Terrel! They are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and always happy to help. I love going in person because they make the experience so enjoyable and are always willing to answer questions and help me find exactly what I need. They truly make a difference in the overall experience!

Based on recent reviews, the Nespresso Boutique at Macy's Home Store Dadeland offers a mix of excellent service and slow experiences. Customers frequently highlight the friendly and helpful team, including Tati, Christian, Torrell, Eric, Maribel, Isa, Andy, Marinela, Diana, and Fernando. Many guests appreciate the knowledgeable staff who provide great coffee advice and explain different flavors. One visitor was well educated on Nespresso sustainability, including how they use the coffee to plant trees with the compost of the coffee ground, and was surprised to learn about store pick up order. Another enjoyed the pistachio coffee and the great atmosphere. A customer was greeted by Tati, who answered questions about a specific flavor and made a coffee for tasting, while Christian helped create an account and find machines. This visitor ended up saving money on a machine. However, some find it the slowest experience ALWAYS, noting a lack of urgency when just needing to grab some coffee pods. Despite this, the staff is described as nice. Overall, customers recommend the store for its uplifting and positive team.
