I recently visited the Nespresso Boutique at Macy's at Dadeland Mall and had an enjoyable experience overall. Yesterday my boyfriend and I went to Nespresso to look for a birthday gift for his brother, we were helped by Kathrine (I think is her name) and she was so helpful and nice! We were cracking jokes the entire time, and she was so helpful, she gave us so many suggestions as to what he would like to make sure we left with something he hasn't tried yet! She was so awesome and nice and she deserves a raise!! :)

If you are on the fence about ordering a nespresso machine, this is your sign to do so immediately.
