So pleasantly surprised by Budare 305! We got the Salchicha Queso (beef hotdog) and the Arepa Budare (steak). Both were SO delicious. The queso on the salchicha was very fresh and the steak on the arepa was very tender. I've learned to minimize expectations at food trucks since they can be hit or miss. But it was certainly a HIT here! It's worth a try if you're in the area. The setup was nice too. There's clean tables and several seats to 'dine-in'. It's perfect for a late night bite.

Found this place by accident and it so happens that I was craving arepas. Their arepa looked very jummy so I decided to give it a try. They didn't have a Yelp so I decided to be first to open it up because it HIT the SPOT it was so good! The meat is tender and flavorful and with that smoky grilled flavor. Satisfied my arepa needs. Lol. I did also try the cachapa. Flavor was good BUT for my liking it was too heavy on the cheese or cream, not sure. I would re-order because it was good but with lighter topping for sure. Alright kendall, do your thing and check this people out! Enjoy :)
