So pleasantly surprised by Budare 305! We got the Salchicha Queso (beef hotdog) and the Arepa Budare (steak). Both were SO delicious. The queso on the salchicha was very fresh and the steak on the arepa was very tender. I've learned to minimize expectations at food trucks since they can be hit or miss.
