Yesterday I placed a takeout order directly from the restaurant and it was the worst service I have ever received, they told me that my order was going to take 45 minutes to 1 hour which I understood because it was the Super Bowl, but my order was delayed for 2 hours, the two girls who were outside delivering the takeout orders were too rude and incompetent, there were too many people waiting for orders and they didn't care at all, they watched the game while all of us We lost by being there waiting and when we asked them about the order they answered us in a rude and curt manner, we had to talk to the manager because the two girls outside did not want to do anything for us and after two hours that my order came out, they put it aside so as not to deliver it to me quickly so that I would have to wait longer since I had had a slight argument with them so out of anger they made me wait longer, the worst service in the world, I will not return to that place just for that reason

Worst service I have ever seen. Not sure how THIS Buffalo Wild Wings is still in business. They have been absolutely terrible in person and just had awful experience with an online order. Avoid going here at all cost! Other locations are fine, it’s just this one.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to after my experience here on my birthday. I arrived at 11:50 PM, starving, excited to celebrate with my friends. As soon as we were seated, our waitress, Erica, treated us with complete rudeness. From the start, she had a rushed, annoyed attitude like we were a burden being there. It felt like we were interrupting her day, and there was no effort to make us feel welcome or cared for. We only ordered drinks and got up and left !
Her behavior was not only unprofessional but downright rude, which really put a damper on our celebration. I’ve had good experiences here before, but Erica’s attitude completely ruined it. It’s really disappointing to be treated this way, especially on a special occasion. I hope the management takes this seriously because no customer should ever feel disrespected like that.

Lemon pepper wings but almost no initial taste only afterwards you feel the pepper a bit. Fries were good.

I came on Saturday December 28th to the outside bar. I asked for a menu at 9:56pm and the worker outside said she could not help me because she was only staying until 10:30pm and was only helping customers that already had a tab open. Talk about terrible customer service!! If you are open, you should attend any customers that come to the establishment. I would not come here again!!

The worst service I have ever experienced in the United States. Disrespectful waiter called Nathan. We had to wait for a long time until he asked for our order and he always talked in a disrespectful way to us even though the restaurant was quite empty. After we complained about his very very bad service for example that we had to almost force him to refill our drinks because is was included we heard that he insulted us… we are so disappointed, never Buffalo wild wings anymore I hope this waiter will get fired!’
