Yesterday I placed a takeout order directly from the restaurant and it was the worst service I have ever received, they told me that my order was going to take 45 minutes to 1 hour which I understood because it was the Super Bowl, but my order was delayed for 2 hours, the two girls who were outside delivering the takeout orders were too rude and incompetent, there were too many people waiting for orders and they didn't care at all, they watched the game while all of us We lost by being there waiting and when we asked them about the order they answered us in a rude and curt manner, we had to talk to the manager because the two girls outside did not want to do anything for us and after two hours that my order came out, they put it aside so as not to deliver it to me quickly so that I would have to wait longer since I had had a slight argument with them so out of anger they made me wait longer, the worst service in the world, I will not return to that place just for that reason

Worst service I have ever seen. Not sure how THIS Buffalo Wild Wings is still in business. They have been absolutely terrible in person and just had awful experience with an online order. Avoid going here at all cost! Other locations are fine, it’s just this one.
They use fake alchohol in their cocktails. If you go you are better off ordering beer or wine! I got sick here.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to after my experience here on my birthday. I arrived at 11:50 PM, starving, excited to celebrate with my friends. As soon as we were seated, our waitress, Erica, treated us with complete rudeness. From the start, she had a rushed, annoyed attitude like we were a burden being there. It felt like we were interrupting her day, and there was no effort to make us feel welcome or cared for. We only ordered drinks and got up and left !
Her behavior was not only unprofessional but downright rude, which really put a damper on our celebration. I’ve had good experiences here before, but Erica’s attitude completely ruined it. It’s really disappointing to be treated this way, especially on a special occasion. I hope the management takes this seriously because no customer should ever feel disrespected like that.
