OMG soooo slow! 20 minutes in drive thru for 5 cars! only 2 people eating inside.... now I'm finally at the window. the workers don't care at all. just in there talking about social life.

Excellent Burger king next to route 1, easily reachable, the food is also excellent, the place is quite clean and tidy and the staff are courteous, the only flaw is the closing time which is indicated 24 hours a day but in reality it already closes at 9:00pm or sometimes even a little earlier or a little later depending on the day of the week, this in my opinion is a shame because it would still have an influx of people as it is located in a fairly busy area

Sorry but places like this cant be open , they are extremely dirty I made the mistake to order and luckily they didn't have any of the items. The place smelled like death ☠️. The highlight of the comment is the manager she is this latina lady with a super mean face that will make your life a living hell , she want it to give me the option to choose from all the worst things in the menu . Unfortunately I don't know her name but she was working today at 4pm. Someone should have a talk with that lady . Never coming back trust me there are easier ways to get food poisoning and they are all free viva taco bell

I came in without any expectations, I just needed to get a fast meal and leave. The experience, however, was much more and better than I expected.All the ladies there were eager to enhance my experience. Very helpful and so very clean. There was an older lady who was constantly cleaning and so polite. Not polite in a forced or rehearsed way, it was legitimate. The food was out of the Burger King menu, but tasted better. It was prepared with care.
The woman taking drive thru orders was very difficult to understand due to an apparent speech impediment and a very thick accent, coupled with a malfunctioning microphone and speaker. She also spoke very rapidly and the two way comm seemed to be malfunctioning. Either that or she was not wearing her mike properly.Once again, the shake machine was either broken or simply not loaded with anything other than Oreo cookie shakes. Why that unusual choice? Is this BK location's management unaware that the worldwide favorite flavor is Chocolate? I decided to forego any drinks...BK manager; Can you say "lost sales"? Minor sure, but those things add up.My double Whopper with cheese was not properly "assembled", with too few, very small, tomato slices and a dearth of pickles, lettuce and condiments. Most of these were falling out one side of the sandwich, which was lopsidedly smashed together, creating an unappetizingly soggy bun. The patties had also been smashed to that soggy side and were only partway inside the bun. It actually looked like someone had leaned on the wrapped sandwich before putting it in the bag!There were more employees than usual working at that time and no big rush of customers waiting at the drive thru (3 cars in line, I was #2) but the confusion continued at the pickup window. The folks in the car ahead of me had to hand back the bag for some reason and it took another minute and a half to get it (or another bag) handed out to them. This was when car #3 joined the line. As I said: Not very busy.Finally, the fries...They were hot but not quite fully cooked. Oh, and it seems that BK has again reduced the size of their "large" fries, they are now down to what used to be a "small" order! I guess you simply can't get a large order of fries anymore.I must say that this is not on par with my usual experience at this particular BK location. I've been getting nighttime takeout at the Drive Thru here for a couple of years with a generally positive experience. That's why I didn't check inside the bag before leaving. But something was clearly not right on this particular visit.
