I find it so incredibly unprofessional that all I wanted was to satisfy a huge craving I had, and that my food was stolen multiple times just because these employees didn’t want to work on Thanksgiving.

I made 3 orders to this restaurant, you’d think after the first one I would have said let me choose another, but like I said, I was trying to satisfy a craving and they were having a promotion for BOGO Whoppers and 8 pc chicken nuggets, cost me $15.34.

I doordashed the order and it was marked delivered, and when I called the driver asking where it was because it wasn’t here, he said the employees told him it was picked up earlier than when he got there. But he marked it as picked up and put that he delivered the order. 🙃

Same thing happened with the second order, the driver let me know before arriving that the same thing happened, that someone apreset picked up the order, and I contacted support and got credits, because it never arrived. 🙃🙃🙃

I placed a third order, warning the driver of what they would be doing, and lo’ and behold, I actually got something delivered. I had ordered 2 Original Chicken Sandwiches and my 8 PC chicken nuggets because after 11:00 looks like, the promotion for the BOGO Whoppers no longer applies and the prices went up for the Whoppers either way.

When the driver gets to my house, hands me the bag, and I open it to begin eating… I GOT THE DAMM WHOPPERS I ASKED FOR IN THE FIRST PLACE!!! 🤬🤬🤬 I made an order for 2 Original Chicken Sandwiches and 8 pc Chicken Nuggets that cost me $19.61 and got the order I made a while back that would have cost me $15.34 with the Whopper BOGO promotion…

So yeah, these people are scammers and need to be tested for drugs or something. I wish I could file a complaint for deceptive business practices and fraud because I literally got scammed into making 3 separate order because of lazy and/or stupid employees who didn’t like they were working on Thanksgiving.

But that’s not all!!! NO SIR!!!

They gave me the most putrid Whoppers, with wilted lettuce and old product, I couldn’t even eat it, I threw it away and got yet another refund because of the low quality and deceptive business practice they ran against me.

Do not use the burger king app as it does not allow any recourse when your order is messed up.

The only customer support is a digital assistant which makes worthless promises that nobody follows up on.

Visit a locally owned burger place instead.

Today, November 11, I went with my son to this place, it was around 2pm, the person who served us was super friendly, but, unfortunately, behind her there was a manager or supervisor, I don't know, who drove her crazy... He treated her very badly since the person was new and they were training her.
Sadly, this is how it is in Miami where those who are in charge of the premises are not up to the task of what A leader, manager or supervisor truly is.... Honestly, poor senior SHE felt very bad about the mistreatment she was receiving, I didn't feel it. I was training, I was making her feel all the time that she was of no use....Does this have Burguer King? Do they have THIS kind of people in charge of The Locals? I spoke to the senior and I told her to please calm down and that if she continues receiving this abuse, she WILL leave, but not without first reporting her,,,,There are people who take advantage of other people's needs to take advantage of their abuse.... I really lived ONE uncomfortable moment because we have all been through the same thing at some point, Enough of people like that, they should remove her from this position if she doesn't KNOW how to manage her employees... I hope next time Wow, this supervisor is no longer here ,disgusting

Cancels orders if you order at 9:30 even though they’re open till 10:00. Fast food doesn’t stop serving until closing time. Happens all the time at this location. Same people want to be paid more for half assed service.

One of his clerks does not have the capacity to serve several people at the same time, so he has to wait for the customer to decide what to eat for him to serve, in my opinion that delays the service.
