I just wanted to say that the service of one of your workers is absolutely phenomenal. I’m gonna be honest, I forgot his name but I believe it was one of your managers, a tall big guy with glasses and a ponytail. He made sure all my food was fresh and was very helpful, he’s one of the reasons I come to this burger king all of the time. You just don’t find customer service like that from anyone and it’s very refreshing.

We stopped here on our way to the port. The manager was terrific. He was friendly and professional. He made this a wonderful visit. I have not experienced customer service on this level at a Burger King location in a long time.

Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and got a soggy cold hard sandwich. Disgusting. Never returning here. Go to the Wendy’s down the street where they actually care about the quality of the food.

I eat here very often but there is one manager that is like a tyrant. Every other manager and employee is wonderful but when it comes to Elena she is conniving and rude. Every time she's in there I walk back out of the establishment because I know I'm going to have an unpleasant experience with her. She makes me go to Wendy's every time she's there.

I pray they view before making location an option the FOOD is so undercooked I can’t believe the chicken fries were just put in the fryer for a few seconds and tossed in the fry rack to become soggy EW on top of that the order was not the proper amount and to come back, wait at front counter and be ignored not good they are looking tired and lazy eating fries directly from fry warmer while working come on so unprofessional at least wait until all customers are served and out of the line or restaurant building management is slacking here as well overlooking a lot and behind the counter floor trashed I hope things turn around here good location very bad service and food.

We went to the drive-thru on 163rd street, near Biscayne Blvd, on January 12, at 12:15 am and loved the customer service experience we had. John was fantastic; courteous, engaging, and just a great employee. Please share this with him.
We also thought the new automated ordering system worked flawlessly, even though it wasn’t John!

The service at this headquarters is extremely delayed at all times, the employees are either not enough or they do not do things quickly, everything at the checkout is too slow, the attention in preparation, so much delay is unheard of for a hamburger ordered in advance

The sign on the window clearly says the inside of the Burger King closes at 10pm. I got there at 9:40 pm and they refused to let me in. I ask the associate what time does the inside close and he replied 10pm. Then I said its 9:40pm why am i not being allowed to come in and order. They said because they are closed....A while 20 minutes before officially closing....Now that SUCKS. I won't reccomend nor be visiting that Burger King ever.
