The service at this headquarters is extremely delayed at all times, the employees are either not enough or they do not do things quickly, everything at the checkout is too slow, the attention in preparation, so much delay is unheard of for a hamburger ordered in advance

The sign on the window clearly says the inside of the Burger King closes at 10pm. I got there at 9:40 pm and they refused to let me in. I ask the associate what time does the inside close and he replied 10pm. Then I said its 9:40pm why am i not being allowed to come in and order. They said because they are closed....A while 20 minutes before officially closing....Now that SUCKS. I won't reccomend nor be visiting that Burger King ever.

Honestly, some of the nicest staff , and they're quick with your order. It's in my old neighborhood that I lived In for 5 years.

Terrible service, among them they speak Spanish and to us in closed English, we waited more than half an hour and they delivered everything to us cold and in a very bad way, they only serve those who buy by car and those who choose to eat at the premises were served very poorly.

You saw the restaurant and I really had excellent attention from the most beautiful and charismatic Latina I had ever seen, super attentive and splendid manners, the only thing I didn't like was the treatment of her superior who in front of me treated her badly, something that should not be done in front of us customers, I think I don't use the correct way to address her, honestly my day was splendid with the attention given apart from the fresh food as I ordered it I think that now I will gladly if I am going to continue visiting the restaurant I will be delighted

They improperly left out 5 dollars in change but open with the line the printer did not print your receipt when I questioned them about the missing money they said in was an error a mistake guilty written all over her face . It horrible how an employee of a restaurant you visit would do this and under no circumstance does any customer be treated like this. I go else where

This Burger King is ridiculous no management it's crazy I asked for my receipt back they don't know where is it ask about my refund nobody coming up to me or saying anything everybody in the back been waiting for 30 minutes, it's ridiculous, this food for my kids. Never gone back to Burger King you suck I can't get my money back that's crazy cuz nobody don't have the receipt now, smfh
