Friendly boba place serving a good variety of drinks and snacks. The shelves with imported sweets and snacks is a much-appreciated extra touch, and gives the entire space a relaxed and interesting vibe. First time here we tried the strawberry with milk and lychee, and are looking forward to trying more. Staff was friendly. Parking during busy hours is a challenge, though, because of the small yet busy mall this place operates from.
I love there coconut milk tea. I have tried multiple of there milk teas and they are all astounding. There vanilla one taste amazing so does there Ube one. There mochis are average .

Small spot that caters to a bunch of Asian products. You can get Pokey (chocolate sticks), cheesecake and a few more items. They also have bubble tea which is pretty good. Normally I get the Passion Fruit tea and it's great. Staff is always friendly.
