Everything was fast and smooth. I accidentally ordered small fries instead of large, but the manager was super friendly and fixed it right away. The staff in general were kind and helpful. My only suggestion would be to clean the tables a bit more frequently. Other than that, it was a pleasant visit and I’d definitely come again

When I say this is the worst Burger King in the north Miami/ north Miami Beach area. They never have the food products to complete your meal. Last night they ran out fries and onion rings according to the one guy who was on shift last night. I order online $43 worth of food which is insane for their nasty food to receive 4 cheeseburgers and 2 drinks go back to the restaurant to be told call the app cs if I want a refund. This is the 3rd time I’ve had an issue with this specific bk. Management get it together allowing your staff to lie to customers and use inappropriate language in the presence of multiple guest.

When I went in there I got greeted by Luci, she took my order, well done, she so friendly, I was having a bad day and without knowing she really helped me out. She’s honestly one of the most friendly and joyful team member there, it’s like she loves working there. Honestly 10/10 service!

I placed a breakfast order...ID#AAACSMUX9QBL.. I received an incomplete order, I was charged for cash browns that I didn't get.. my bacon was burnt, my biscuit was over cooked. The only thing was right was my pancake & orange juice. I pray that whoever prepared my food never do it again. Sad, thing is I order from this establishment in the evening and never had a problem.
