The truth is, the food is very good and everything, except that they only give 1 ketchup, they don't give napkins, they forgot to give us some fries that we already paid for, they overflowed my drink, the food is good but terrible service.

Lobby always closed last week i went to order at the drive thru arond 7:30 am and was told to come back later that they had no food ready again today i order breakfast at the drive thru and the service was super slow and they had no hashbrowns never visiting this burger king again and its a shame cause its literally 2 minutes from my house

Go to a different Burger King in the area this one is waste of money. Why pay for large fries when you get the same amount as a small. The food they do give you is probably made wrong.

Now I’m definitely not one to complain but the customer service was actually some of the worst customer service I’ve ever seen I legit stood infront of 4 of the workers waiting for even one of them to acknowledge what I needed and they looked at me and continued yappin like bro?, one the food was mid fries was soggy the burgers were bad no ice in the machines and you can’t even ask em for ice because of how much they was talking to each other even the manager with slight remarks and I’m just sitting there waiting to ask for some barbecue sauce and 2 of the workers looked at me and continued talking like yo? this can’t be real. Don’t even waste your money here this why I don’t eat Burger King like that it be places like this.
