The young black guys giving your oder are very disrespectful like they said and I quote I d9nt get pay enough here to agree with anyone. At this point just stay home and let someone else work that wants too . No coke no onion rings and no ice this is sad at this point just close the restaurant

I’ve been at the Burger King twice, and they never have what I want. There was one time, I wanted a whopper and they were out of whopper. HOW! The second time they told me that they can’t take orders at this time. No reason/or explanation. I had to drive 5 to 10 miles away. BAD, BAD services. I need the number to corporate.

It was horrible no leadership present messed up my order several time every time I come in everybody's playing standing around I have tried to patronize this restaurant because I live in the area but Dave lost a customer I'm tired

Wow I’m just saying this. It’s 6:30 PM and this place doesn’t have coke and they don’t know when the supplies are coming. The worst is that they let you order it, you’re waiting for your stuff for a good time, because they are also slow, and then when giving you the order is when they said oh by the way there’s no coke. There is no sign to advise, they didn’t take it from the menu, nothing. I know this is a franchise so to the owner of this one …. What kind of business are you running??!! Shame on you, this country runs on coke; couldn’t you had ready coke in any other way ? Why you didn’t order it on time? This situation is like a weird joke in a really bad movie 🤷♀️
Adding more to the review now that I ate…the burgers are cold , the French fries are soggy and cold, everything soaked in grease. The tomatoe in my burger was so tiny that I thought they forgot to add it. Since there was no coke , I asked for Fanta…guess what , I don’t know what it was but definitely not Fanta. A complete disaster!!!! I’M NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS PLACE !!!!!! To the owner again… remember there is competition right across the street and down the block. Hopefully the headquarters read the reviews and shut down your BK. I feel so bad, and is not even mine

Ordered two Bacon Kings and a cheeseburger for my kid. They gave us everything with NO bacon. It’s literally called Bacon King. Apparently they had no bacon — but nobody bothered to tell us so we could decide if we still wanted the order.
I had to drive back 15 minutes, my kid already ate his burger because it was bedtime, and when I got there I got attitude on top of it. They only gave me a partial refund when honestly the minimum should’ve been refunding the whole meal after making me go back.
Really disappointing experience. Not the service you expect from Burger King.

ALWAYS out of supplies/ingredients! I ordered a burger and fries. I asked for mayo and ketchup. To my surprise, she turns around and say no ketchup, no mayo, no napkins. Didn't even attempt to offer any other sauce. During breakfast time there always out of orange juice and croissants. Terrible/Rude customer service and they are extremely slow. The place could be empty and you still have to wait an extensive period of time. Managers dont look like they want to be there either! its just sad how much its declined......

We went for dinning in. The place made our family uncomfortable, with vagrants jumping around in the dinning area and the foul BO smells. At one point we even felt unsafe by their intrusions.
Service has room for improvement. Waited long for our order, no lemonade (only was told after order) and the chicken bread was not available (never even told).
Find yourself another Burger joint!

Urgent Food Safety Concern – Cross-Contamination at Burger King
I’m writing to report a serious food safety concern at a Burger King location. The employees appear to be neglecting proper food-handling procedures by frying chicken nuggets in the same oil used for fish products. This creates a significant risk of cross-contamination, especially for people with fish allergies or dietary restrictions.
I have already tried calling the restaurant twice but received no response. Unfortunately, I became ill after eating there and want to make sure no one else experiences the same issue or ends up hospitalized.
I waited for the driver-truuh for 20 minutes, they forgot to place my order, I paid, they asked me to wait for almost 10 minutes, I was left without my money and without my snack and I lost 30 minutes waiting

The womens bathroom doesn't have a lock on their door. That was concerning that it wouldn't be fixed or a sign saying it wasnt in service.
