We were there today for lunch the lady in the driveway through she obviously does not speak English so I told her in Spanish as well we wanted all of a sudden she starts laughing so we parked the car we got off and my fiancé went ahead and told him you know that’s bad service. I was telling you that I wanted catchup, mayo, and cheese, and the thing in the driveway kept on saying no mayo, no mayo so I wish I had someplace on this app here that I can post a video so you guys can see it if you do not speak English and you are working in the drive-through don’t get mad when people get mad at you you’re living in the USA learn the language English

I ordered today. They didn’t put the milk and even anything to replace or my money back!! Bad service!!

We originally went to order through the drive thru at around 9:30 pm today was stuck waiting for a good ten minutes because they still had not attended the person two cars ahead of us until we decided to just park and go order. When we backed out there were only two cars behind us. When we walked in, the guy cleaning went to the kitchen because he saw us backing out of the line and going inside. I credit the young man, he was very attentive and he gave us our cups to at least fill up while we wait. Meanwhile the manager seemed to be absolutely not paying attention or checked out cause he asked us after the young man gave us stuff in front of him. He hadn’t even realized the other customer also received his cup and ice cream. Then when we left there was an extra six cars piled up because he told the next lady to wait the entire time we were inside. Service is atrocious
