Me and my mom went on Christmas Eve. They were supposed to have closed at 7pm which is when we arrived but they hadn't locked the doors. Thankfully they didn't ask us to leave. We are definitely grateful that they still served us and wished us a Merry Christmas, even though I am sure they were wanting to go home to their own families. Stumbled upon this authentic gem while in Kendall. It looks like it used to be a gas station but now it's a foodie haven for Cuban food. Open kitchen with buffet style service concept. You pick a meat, two sides and the girls load up your to go box. I am not joking, it is enough for two meals easily! To finish off the experience I ordered a Cuban coffee at the counter. Perfect ending to a filling lunch

If you want yo feel the authentic cuban atmosphere then this is the place for you. The quality and variety of food here is superb. There is plenty of staff ready and eager to suerve. The food is reasonable priced and their shakes are fantastic.I highly recomend the colada shake and media noche sandwich.Saterdays and sundays are busier during the day so parking can be dificult.
