If you want yo feel the authentic cuban atmosphere then this is the place for you. The quality and variety of food here is superb. There is plenty of staff ready and eager to suerve. The food is reasonable priced and their shakes are fantastic.I highly recomend the colada shake and media noche sandwich.Saterdays and sundays are busier during the day so parking can be dificult. Keep in mind that the majority of the staff only speak spanish. So have patience if you are a non spanish speaker.Parking: Fduring busy hours on saterday and sunday, parking is somewhat difficult.

I never had such bad experience from this franchise before, the food was HORRIBLE, NO FLAVOR, LIKE DIET FOOD, NO SALT except the ham croquetas that were very salty and with hard pieces of what felt like cartilage, YAK!The salmon was very dry and no salt or seasoning, very expensive for low quality food, I don't mind paying expensive but is has to be enjoyable...these were not.The tamales "seemed big" but it was camouflage, it had 8 layers of corn leaves wrapping it and no meat, no flavor. The tequenos were hard, tasted like raw flour. The meat empanada was awful too, had lots of ground beef but tasteless, the dough was hard, terrible quality. The only good tasting thing were the guava pastelitos.I don't like to leave bad reviews but this was TOO MANY ITEMS FOR A BIG PRICE I have bought food at other locations and was good, will not go to this place again!!!

The truth is that the food wasn't bad, although it wasn't the best. But what I didn't like was that almost all the tables of 4 people were occupied by local workers when inside there were tables with 2 seats empty, and we had to sit in the sun because they didn't even bother to give us the place, even two tables of 4 positions and there was only 1 worker in each one, the truth is that they should have more consideration with the clientele who, after all, are the ones who maintain that place and its workers.
