Very poor service ?. The drive through cashier wasn’t attentive at all and wasn’t nice or worried about how he was issuing the food. Maybe he had a bad day ??‍♀️. I hope that when I go there again he’s not in the drive through window. If so I’ll drive away honestly.Vegetarian options: The impossible whopper was good, onion rings, were not as hot as I expected.

New staff is friendly and attentive plus store has been remodeled which gives more of a café style restaurant. Manager was pleasant and the new staff is quite an improvement from the old staff from years ago. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

Went for a burger with a coupon and guess what, I always redeem my coupon without needing to have it physically. They didn’t want to give me my order because I didn’t have it there with me and I had a picture that I showed them. Horrible customer service just trynna rush me out of the line!

When Ms Dianne is working, BK is on point!The food is hot, and the dining facility is clean and in order! Most of all, Ms. Dianne, have a beautiful attitude that always compliments a meal. Ms. Dianne, I told you I was impressed with your store and this is the lease I can do!!!

The service here was really bad. The lady in the counter was so rude and unfriendly. I understand it's a fast food restaurant not a luxury restaurant but no matter what job you have you should have pride in what you do. A smile costs nothing and it make a world of a difference.

A lady named Melisa helped me, the whole time I was placing the order she was making an annoyed face at me, I spoke to her in Spanish because you could tell by her accent and her face was Hispanic and she didn't respond in English, it seemed bothersome that we were speaking to her. In Spanish, I couldn't eat the French Touch inside, raw and with so much fat that it was disgusting. I don't recommend that Burger King to anyone.

Locations need a total change in personnel! I waited for 45 minutes in the drive thru!This is totally unacceptable. I did come in late at 1:30 but still service needs to be better. Im shocked how this location is accepting this. Please help this place. I hope burger king gets the things together.

So I just stopped at this BK location to get some food my son asked for. I have stopped going to Burger King because the last few times going there were painful (bad service, missing fries, just to name a couple of things) . But my son insisted and I ended up placing an order online and picking it up over the drive through. When I picked it up the first thing I noticed was that I was given 2 whopper jr instead of the 2 big kings ordered. When I told the lady she said "it's just the wrapper, those are big kings" Needless to say the burgers didn't look "big kings" at all but she insisted on that so I left. When I got home I wasn't surprised when the burgers were everything but what we ordered (no lettuce, no tomato). Anyway, I know we can't expect much of this fast food chain and its service that has been getting worse by the minute, but I hope this review makes you think it twice and look for other options if you want to grab something quick to eat in that area.

Price on the screens are different than the ones they charged, and we didn't get the ice cream that is included with the kids meal, the manager said I have to pay extra for it. Very disappointed with this place.
