The staff is very friendly and professional. The food tastes great and fresh. Probably the best BK location in Miami.
I went through the drive-thru to order a cheeseburger meal and diet coke. The employee who took care of me, Henry, handed me a soda before quickly coming back to me saying he was moving so fast he wasn’t sure if he actually had poured a diet coke and gave me a new one. Very thoughtful and generous man.

The manager and new employees have created a pleasant dining experience, with hot, well-prepared food and a clean, organized facility. Customers praise the excellent service, particularly from a staff member named Ms. Dianne, who is known for her beautiful attitude and positive interactions. Despite being the only Burger King in the area with such high-quality service and food, the location is often empty. However, those who have visited, including a customer who had a manager cover their meal when they had financial difficulties, highly recommend this Burger King to fans of the brand.
