I ate here when I arrived in Miami and I am now eating brunch again as I leave.
It is not to be missed!

Food was dry but had good flavor. Atmosphere is hotel lobby. Cocktails are ok- nothing revolutionary. Restaurant was empty but sat for 15 min before being acknowledged, had to flag someone down for everything then waited another 20 min after asking for the check twice.

Fantastic dinner! Had
1) Mofongo (yucca + really tender octopus; highly recommend)
2) plantain tostadas w/ pork (good flavors but I think it could be improved w/ more sauce since it was a bit on the drier side)
3) custom side of kale (with evoo I think, for those of us who want a side of healthy greens ^__^)
4) flan (BEST I ever had in my life!!!)
5) tre leches (not bad, but felt it was dominated by the ratio of whip cream taste wise, despite being visually appealing)
6) passionfruit capirinha (bartender was absolutely lovely & nailed it! Even kindly adjusted/upped the sweetness as I like it)
To be honest, I was having a bit of a rough evening/day - but food here definitely warmed my soul and the staff + bartender are super kind in sharing their recs. Would highly recommend Caña for a low-key but soul-warming Cuban food!

I ordered a french toast instead of ricotta, cream cheese. It came PLAIN. Then I ordered food to go and they only have 3 dishes to go. Only 3. Of course the ones that I ordered won't be able to go. Sorry but I won't be back.

Wasn’t acknowledged for 5 mins when I walked in. Waited patiently for 30 mins to be seated for breakfast. Checked on the further wait only to be told there was no wait…. I walked out.

Wanted a quick dinner while walking around and stopped at Cana for a cocktail and dinner. Great flavor for both. The balcony overlooks a quiet area.

If you’re craving authentic Cuban cuisine, definitely go to Caña. The food is nothing short of spectacular. Fillete de Pescado a la Plancha, Pollo Asado, Lechon Asado, Churrasco all top tier! Their black beans and rice are flawless—a simple yet flavorful staple—and the sweet, caramelized maduros add a perfect touch of sweetness to the meal. The flan, chocolate mousse and guava cheesecake were incredible. Daniel took care of us- he was friendly, attentive, and eager to share recommendations. This hidden gem is a MUST VISIT!

Great family dinner. The grilled shredded beef and the half chicken were both delicious.
The flan was amazing.
And we also shared the grilled shrimp in sourdough bread appetizer.
Everything was hot and fresh and flavorful.
Service was excellent as well. Very friendly.
Great restaurant inside a hotel.

We had a great time at Cana! Great food and drinks and our server Daniel was very helpful describing the various cuban dishes and answering questions we had about Miami and Brickell. He was also very helpful with provising us kids dishes for the two kids we had in tow. We'll definitely checkout Cana again the next time we're in Miami!

I went on December 24, there was only one special menu for that day, terrible, the worst food I have eaten in 13 years in Miami, the fish was pure oil to the point of disgusting, my daughter's ribs were full of fat, The only good thing was my daughter's chocolate dessert because mine's tres leche was missing 2 milk, it was just meringue. The apetaize was a salad of 3 well-dressed tomato wheels that It was good and 4 lemonades and the total bill was $215.00. There were no sides, no mashed potatoes, no rice, no salad, no fried anything, what a horror. It seems that the cook didn't have to go that day and they had the handyman cook. The best thing about the night was the service and the place, no complaints, excellent, it was the only thing that made my night happy and taking it as an experience, you don't eat on the street those days. I can't recommend anything there to anyone because I didn't have a nice experience.

An incredible hidden gem in the Brickell district! We stopped in for dinner after our intended restaurant had a 2+ hour wait on a Friday night. We walked in and had no wait here at Caña and had an incredible server Ubi!

She helped us decide what to order (every recommendation she gave was amazing, trust anything she says!)

We were incredibly impressed with the food. We ordered the burrata appetizer, pork shank, and vaca frita along with a couple of drinks. The appetizer and pork shank were the highlights of the meal (both recommended by Ubi) and the vaca frita was delicious as well!

The service was phenomenal, the food was fantastic, and we will certainly be coming back!

It's on all points. Location is great with great atmosphere, the people there were awesome, and the food was delicious. Definitely some of the best tostones you're going to find
