Food was dry but had good flavor. Atmosphere is hotel lobby. Cocktails are ok- nothing revolutionary. Restaurant was empty but sat for 15 min before being acknowledged, had to flag someone down for everything then waited another 20 min after asking for the check twice.

Fantastic dinner! Had
1) Mofongo (yucca + really tender octopus; highly recommend)
2) plantain tostadas w/ pork (good flavors but I think it could be improved w/ more sauce since it was a bit on the drier side)
3) custom side of kale (with evoo I think, for those of us who want a side of healthy greens ^__^)
4) flan (BEST I ever had in my life!!!)
5) tre leches (not bad, but felt it was dominated by the ratio of whip cream taste wise,...

If you’re craving authentic Cuban cuisine, definitely go to Caña. The food is nothing short of spectacular. Fillete de Pescado a la Plancha, Pollo Asado, Lechon Asado, Churrasco all top tier! Their black beans and rice are flawless—a simple yet flavorful staple—and the sweet, caramelized maduros add a perfect touch of sweetness to the meal.
