I’ve ordered takeout from here multiple times and they’ve gotten my order wrong almost every time. If you’re going to charge $20 for a wrap, you should at least give customers what they ordered. Please figure it out

i love carrot express but i was extremely disappointed when i discovered the apples in my salad still had stickers on them.
this led me to believe they don’t properly wash their produce or remove stickers (obviously). I usually have no issues with their food & i have an extremely sensitive stomach & i am always pleased with my experience there but today that wasn’t the case.

Food was meh and took a long time. Expensive for what it is
Ordered blue magic smoothies but was overcharged $6 for extra spirulina not requested, while I’m sure it was an honest mistake; left me a little uneasy about my future visits if I didn’t pay attention to the receipt. Smoothie itself was collagen or protein powder flavor evident and a bit heavy. Truly would not reorder the same one but perfect for an Instagram picture.

I spent $50 for toastones crispy chicken and sweet potato fries, which was oily, over breaded and unseasoned. Servings are small for the price and the $6 fries where soggy and embarrassing! The juice making process was unsanitary with none of the fruits being washed, even the stickers where still on them, before being chopped and blended. I will never come here again, worst $50 I've ever spent!

Made the mistake of coming in to order lunch. There was no line so you’d think it would be a quick experience, but waited 25 minutes for a simple salad as the workers worked away filling online orders. Just be a takeout business if you can’t cater to the customers right in front of you.I will never come back.
