Touched the cone with his hands after taking money from the person who ordered before me and then when I said something he said he wasn’t touching it “so now what?” I said i’m looking at you he said it’s the cone. I said but I want to eat the cone and gets mad at me. Dirty and poor customer service. How are you upset because you don’t have proper food hygiene? SMH

I asked for sorbet lemonade and their tangerine one he gave me the lemonade and orange sherbet I’m lactose intolerant, dude said sherbet has no dairy, sherbet has less dairy but not none. Older Dude needs to learn more about his products or ask if it’s ok if he doesn’t have a flavor before he replaces it with something you can’t have.

I just went into this Carvel at 8349 w Flagler toorder a cake and the man behind the counter totally ignored me.I guess I will take my money elsewhere. Don't ignore people who come into your establishment or they will leave and never come back.
