They have a new administration. Everything was clean an nice! They have a variety ! I loved the new chocolate cones that they have... I will return for sure !!! They have these mistery bags super nice.
Highly recommend the Carvel Flagler location who not only picked up the phone when I called to ask if they have Fudgie the Whale cake but perfectly wrote happy birthday on it. Five stars :)
