I have always loved Carvel as a kid. Today I went be k because I remembered it was Wednesday, BOGO sundae day. Picked up my kids from camp and went in. As soon as we walked in we were warmly greeted by all the employees. My kids and I agreed on 2 sundaes, until they didn't. My daughter started crying uncontrollably about her choice of sundae. There are not many Carvel locations left and we are glad this one is still open. Owner was serving the ice cream himself. Cheerful, kind, and clearly dedicated to his store. Ice cream was of course delicious! We will be back :)

Service was alright, staff was friendly. This was my first time having Carvel in a while and I must say I am not impressed. It seems like the same consistency has changed, it doesn’t taste as good anymore. Even the crunchies don’t taste the same. Disappointing
