Ceviche on the Run is a Peruvian restaurant and the brick-and-mortar location of a former food truck. It features a takeout window with some sitting space and an open kitchen. The menu is limited but offers great Peruvian options like ceviche, pescado a la chorrillana, and lomo saltado. The ceviche, including the shrimp and fish ceviche, is considered the best in Miami, with amazing leche de tigre. Dishes are very generous with fresh flavors, a home cooking twist with flair, and adequate heat levels. The lunch specials and special of the day are amazing. It is an every day place to eat, very welcoming, and highly recommended. Parking is next door at the supermarket, and takeout is a good option due to limited sitting.
