I had come before and the food had always been good. Today I ordered a steak and it was horrible: pure skin and I couldn't eat it. My husband ordered a sautéed tenderloin and it was pure onion! Really very bad experience!

I ordered the food and they brought me the meat full of oils, with fat that I couldn't chew, the fries looked refried, in short a disaster, I hope they improve because it has a very good location to make thousands in sales, I encourage you to improve although I'm not going anymore.

WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN! I cannot believe what I whittnessed here this place should be shut down. We ordered the burger and the fajitas. Both came with fries which were rock hard stuck together in big chunks of mess. The burger was dry and had no taste at all so so bland you could tell it was frozen. Everyone struggled to even eat. Even worse was the fajitas the plate comes chicken. Rice and a few wraps no cheese salad or sauces. The chicken was hard tasted burnt frozen and bland it was disgusting. The rice had a mixture of soft grains and rock hard grains and the wraps had a very cheap, off taste. We didn’t even touch the food. It left the table the same it had arrived. We complained that the food was absoloutely awful and it was quite clear no one ate the food. But all they said was ‘would you like the check’ not even addressing the fact we were all left starving with full plates of horrible food. So rude! We told them we wanted some compensation which I think is fair as nothing was eaten but no they told us they were sorry but they couldn’t do anything even tried adding a 20% tip?! At this point we were all angry and tired of the horrible food and disgusting service and paid and left feeling disappointed and robbed of our money. I honestly advice you to not eat here as you will most likely be left ill and unwell from the state of that food. I’ll say again WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER VISITED!!!

The food is good but the service is some of the worst I've ever experienced. Our waiter forgot part of our order twice and thought it was funny. My husband was drinking beer and had to waive him down multiple times to order another because he didn't come back to the table for 30+ minutes after our food was brought out. They were not busy at all so there was no excuse. On top of terrible service, they add their gratuity/tip to your bil regardless of how many people are in your party. We always tip well but the service we received today was not worth 20%

The most horrible customer service of my life. First they mixed up the table and brought me the wrong food. When they brought me my plate, the steak I ordered was the same dish as the other lady, only with gallopinto and when they brought me mine it was super small. They didn't bring me water and much less did they ask me about drinks. The food was not the best roast beef but it was good

The truth is that the food is normal...but the best of all is the waiter who has served us on 2 occasions and that was the real reason for returning, since the rest left a lot to be desired.....Thank you very much Federico for the attention and service provided, people like you are missing in many restaurants

Terrible customer service, since we arrived with my family, the waiters only passed by and ignored us because we arrived at 9 at night, (maybe they were tired) After 10 minutes, a waiter was deign to bring us the menu. The food arrived after 15 minutes so they could bring me a chicken steak colder than a dog's nose, some vegetables that were clearly frozen, nothing natural? and my husband and son's food was sautéed pork loin. .. but the WORST they have ever eaten, the thing that looked the least like that dish, had nothing to do with the photo on the menu, apart from that they did it with the last oil because they even burned the onion that they put in it, really even hunger I took it away. When we informed the very kind waiter, he took one of the dishes to show it to the cook, offering us a discount of $10, when it was fair that they would not have even charged for a dish. REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE.

I’m usually not the person to write bad reviews but this is one of the worst foods I have ever tasted. I ordered grilled fish. It was not grilled, I think make it with egg or something it tasted like straight eggs, it had no flavour, felt like i was eating nothing but a little taste of eggs. Also there fries my fries were so saggy and it tasted like straight oil I couldn’t even eat it. Now the service, they only come to take orders give orders and just give you your drink, there is no available servers around even if its not busy. Personally I didn’t want to tip this place, I was walking around asking for souses. I think its wrong to take tips automatically. Will never go again and WILL NEVER RECOMEND SORRY
