Atmosphere??? Is a food court! Let's talk about food. If wasn't for the mayonnaise, the sandwich has no taste. Totally and completely disappointed. A meal for a lifetime, one and nevermore. Over priced, plus tip, I have no idea why and tax.

The most horrible food and in the food court they focus more on dancing then making the food taste great…. Flat top was super dirty didn’t even bother to clean it after every order.. food taste bland no flavor . It was a total disappointment they don’t even deserve a full star just a half of a star… definitely need retraining

HOORIBLE FOOD, I ordered 20 pcs. of boneless chicken wings and they gave me a basket with dough overflowing with grease , they recommended the buffalo sauce and it was only vinegar with color and the ranch sauce with the combo is damaged, my mother who is an elderly person let them know her discontent and no one took responsibility, the food ended up in the trash, very disgusting..!!! I do not recommend it, we ended up eating at Burger King, after having spent almost $27, Supposedly the manager was not there, and the cashier was the person in charge, anyway my money ended up in the trash, nobody cared!. The person in charge knows very well that the food ended up in the trash unless it was sold to someone else because my mother gave it to her!

That's what they advertise, you get a sad imitation of it... 2 stars because the taste was okay, but compared to what we expected, the disappointment was big... Also half of the cola was just ice. Not good.

I paid to get my food, they charged my account and everything but they never gave it to me. I came up to the register to talk about my food and they said that since I didn’t have a receipt I couldn’t get my food. I showed them my card transactions and they still denied me my food and told me to come back a few days later to talk about it again. Worst service ever. Never going back there. Telling everybody to stay away from a stealing company.

I went to eat at Charley's at Dolphin mall. They were talking to each other instead of working. It was a big line wait, the chicken california sandwich i ordered was very poor on ingredients. Never going back!

Unfortunately the Service is Not able to pick up an easy Order. Watch out when ordering. The Phillys are Really good.
We ordered 2 baguettes, 2 drinks and the cheesey bacon fries.

Ik bestelde het nieuwste broodje, Kimshi Cheesestake. Wat een blamage. Het waren droge stukjes vlees in een broodje met wat gebakken ui. Er zat niet eens Kimshi op. Hoe kan je zo'n broodje meegeven. Hoge verwachtingen, maar diep trieste resultaten. Next time Subway!

Worst experience ever about changing a cup of coke that was all ice. I asked them to change it to no Ice. They said cameras are watching , that I was suppose to say no Ice before. I didn't mind the ice just don't give a cup full of just Ice. There is no sign saying that you need to request Ice or no Ice before. I find it ridiculous over a cup of soda that the person didn't even do their job right by putting a normal amount of Ice. Be careful once they hand you the cup is final.???
