We visited this place around 11:00 AM and really enjoyed it! The sandwich was very tasty and juicy, the meat was tender, and the vegetables were fresh and crunchy — maybe because we came in the morning. The portions were big, the sauce was great, and everything was prepared quickly. We would be happy to come back again!

My partner and I ordered 20 chicken boneless wings. The food was extremely greasy and the flavour did not taste fresh at all — it had a strong old oil taste. Because of that, we didn’t even finish the meal.
About 2 hours later, we both started experiencing stomach cramps, severe gas, and diarrhoea. The chicken was the last thing we ate that night, and we both got sick at the same time, so we’re confident it was the food from this place.
Very disappointing experience. We won’t be returning

This place has good snack options, in small, medium and large sizes. The little one is half the snack. And comes in an ok size, if you're not too hungry. It came with salad, and the chicken spice was good, but it could have come with a little more chicken. The strawberry lemonade was good, just very sweet. The prices are good for what it offers, compared to what is practiced in the city.

Atmosphere??? Is a food court! Let's talk about food. If wasn't for the mayonnaise, the sandwich has no taste. Totally and completely disappointed. A meal for a lifetime, one and nevermore. Over priced, plus tip, I have no idea why and tax.

The most horrible food and in the food court they focus more on dancing then making the food taste great…. Flat top was super dirty didn’t even bother to clean it after every order.. food taste bland no flavor . It was a total disappointment they don’t even deserve a full star just a half of a star… definitely need retraining

HOORIBLE FOOD, I ordered 20 pcs. of boneless chicken wings and they gave me a basket with dough overflowing with grease , they recommended the buffalo sauce and it was only vinegar with color and the ranch sauce with the combo is damaged, my mother who is an elderly person let them know her discontent and no one took responsibility, the food ended up in the trash, very disgusting..!!! I do not recommend it, we ended up eating at Burger King, after having spent almost $27, Supposedly the manager was not there, and the cashier was the person in charge, anyway my money ended up in the trash, nobody cared!. The person in charge knows very well that the food ended up in the trash unless it was sold to someone else because my mother gave it to her!

That's what they advertise, you get a sad imitation of it... 2 stars because the taste was okay, but compared to what we expected, the disappointment was big... Also half of the cola was just ice. Not good.
I paid to get my food, they charged my account and everything but they never gave it to me. I came up to the register to talk about my food and they said that since I didn’t have a receipt I couldn’t get my food. I showed them my card transactions and they still denied me my food and told me to come back a few days later to talk about it again. Worst service ever. Never going back there. Telling everybody to stay away from a stealing company.

I went to eat at Charley's at Dolphin mall. They were talking to each other instead of working. It was a big line wait, the chicken california sandwich i ordered was very poor on ingredients. Never going back!
