The arcade zone was a lot of fun, offering a variety of games. Our kiddos had a blast! However, the service of the restaurant was not up to par. Our server didn’t seem like she wanted to be there. She was not friendly and attentive at all. We constantly had to ask for basic things like utensils, straws, napkins. I hosted my daughter's birthday celebration at Dave & Buster's, where Jose provided an exceptional service. He guided us through the specials, ensured prompt delivery of the order, and remained very attentive to everyone in the party.
