With the new items on the menu our server Ricky was awesome. All the food items he suggested was ??. It was all delicious. Pics of food below. My son had the cheeseburger (not pictured) but we had to have it re-made because it wasn’t cooked well-done (our preference). We also downloaded the app and paid 50% off food. They do need more non-alcoholic beverage options, the sweet tea literally tasted like sugar water. Other than that, we had a great time, (games included) will be back and I hope Ricky is our server again.

My kid was using the card and the machine actually took points out of his card when the machine was damage and the technician said it didn't I actually saw the point ( money) remaining decrease ?

Took me many years to finally go...not sure what the excitement was all about...most of the games aren't very entertaining, non-plussed would be my review

I visited with my children, and the service was disgusting. Once seated, no one came to serve water or anything for about 20 minutes until I got up and spoke to the host. They called the waitress, and she was extremely rude, with no proper etiquette. She did apologize for the lateness, but the food was cold once served. We did not hear from her again. She attended to everyone not of color and made sure they were good. My children and I decided we were going to leave. The waitress came back with the bill and wanted to know why she didn't get tipped. I told her the service was bad. She gave me a look, said, "Sorry," and walked off. on top of that they locked the mall down because it was a shoot out. smfh. wont be visiting the dolphin mall ever again.

The arcade zone was a lot of fun, offering a variety of games. Our kiddos had a blast! However, the service of the restaurant was not up to par. Our server didn’t seem like she wanted to be there. She was not friendly and attentive at all. We constantly had to ask for basic things like utensils, straws, napkins. My wings arrived without the sauce that I requested, so had to ask for that as well. Food was just okay…. Parents planning to dine with their little ones beware of sensitive content that could potentially play on the TV screens. I only recommend the arcade area.
