The experience absolutely lives up to the hype and it came through big time exceeding our expectations. The restaurant is a vibe both inside and out. The tequila selection is the most extensive. The food was great — one of the best meals we’ve had. We ordered pretty much everything. The caviar tostadas are my favorite guilty pleasure. The Wagyu melts in your mouth, the Lobster is out of this world. The mini choco-tacos and churros bring you back to childhood. Looking forward...
I have been to Chateau ZZs a few times and always enjoyed the food and service. Not this time. Service was spotty, had to ask another waiter for my wine. He was clearly in over his head. In fact I asked another waiter for our check. If I didn't have to pay the mandatory 20% gratuity, I would have left a lot less. Food was good. Very noisy. I couldn't wait to leave.
Guacamole on point as always, snapper ceviche sauce scrumptious, shrimp entree excellent. sides always good. This place never fails. consistent in all aspects from parking staff to hostesses, servers, helpers, food quality and prep to departure.
