Hello! We had dinner here yesterday, and it was a truly wonderful and romantic evening. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, with a warm ambiance that made our time together feel special. The service was attentive and kind, and we felt genuinely cared for throughout our visit. The food was very fresh and incredibly delicious — every dish tasted like it was made with love. We left with great emotions, happy memories, and full satisfaction. We would love to come back again and highly recommend this beautiful place to others!

Great atmosphere, and budget friendly if you are willing to share a meal and dessert with your loved one. Great meal and delicious dessert for under $40. The Key Lime cheesecake is delicious!!

Im not a huge fan of corporate chain restaurants, but I do appreciate the consistency of the Dadeland Mall Cheesecake Factory. It’s a busy eve before New Year’s Eve and the holiday shoppers are out and about and we still only waited 5 min as a party of 2. Our favorites include the Meatloaf and Mashed potatoes, the Chicken Madeira, and the Crusted Chicken Romano- heavy meals easily chased by a stroll around the mall.

Unfortunately, our experience at The Cheesecake Factory fell short of expectations. Our food took about 45 minutes to arrive, and some items were served lukewarm or cold. Service was disappointing, as there was no acknowledgment of the delay and no check-ins or updates from our server. As a result, we will opt for other dining options at Dadeland Mall in the future.

Waited for over an hour and apparently after speaking to the manager why the food was taking so long, we questioned at what time was our order put in and he said 20 minutes ago. Our server said they were having time delays in making Farfala pasta when actually we found out that she never put in our order to begin with. The server was unapologetic after we mentioned it to her and that we had verified with the manager and she looked at us like a deer in headlights. One of the worst dining experiences we've had. Only positive in this was the manager removed the cost of one of the cheaper dishes.

Our waiter Ken was exceptional. Best service I've had in the States. Food portions are massive, so good value.

Burger came looking tiny on oversized bun. Brie cheese appetizer camd as 3 slices of ming bread with cheese in the middle, table white & brown bread was rock hard- twice. Waitress never smiled even when placing 3 adult orders. Don't plan on returning to this Dadeland Mall location!

Cheesecake Factory can be hit or miss with service, sometimes being dreadfully slow. However, on this visit, we were well attended to and the food, which was prepared correctly, came out quickly.

When you’re with grandma and her sisters and they ask for cheesecake and you’re shopping in Dadeland; why not?

Tastes exactly like when I used to come back in high school. Nothing has changed! The kids loved it! I highly prefer them eating here > any fast food chain.

We had a Chicken Piccata, Carrot Cake, Miso Salmon & Red Velvet Cheesecake. Everything was amazing! Our server was so patient and explain them all their million questions they had. Such a sweetheart!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
