Either my taste has change or their recipes have changed. I went to get my beloved bistro pasta, and it tasted like hospital food. No flavor whatsoever. My daughter had the fish tacos and said it tasted like frozen fish sticks. The service was excellent and the fried mac and cheese was pretty good.

No other beat Dulce de Leche ?cheesecake!You heard it. I’ve tried the Rasberry White Chocolate ?, Salted Caramel , classic ??, Oreo ?, and none of them compare to this one. It’s so creamy and topped with just the right amount of Dulce de Leche. Not too sweet, allowing for the cheesecake to flourish its cream buttery cheese flavor ?.Add a scoop of ice cream an whipped cream to spark the complete cheesecake factory experience!This particular location is vibrant, cheerful, and gets very busy, but all the servers will do their best to treat you with joy ??♀️???Thanks, Christian, Aniah, Daniel, and Kat for keeping up with all of our demands.

Not the best experience today. Got Buffalo blasts to go and asked for Blue cheese and extra ranch. Ended up with 2 blue cheese, no ranch, and extra Buffalo. Sucks for the wife cause she doesn't eat Blue cheese. And one of the blue cheese cups had an actual lime in it! How in the world does that happen? Also got the Crab dip. The bread was hard as a rock. 2 pasta dishes were fine.

Do your self a favor go across the street to the Italian place . Place has seen better times .

Cheesecake Factory has always been a go-to for my family because of variety, portions and fair pricing. The last couple times it has noticeably declined in food. Service has always been very good, but the price for the smaller portions is very evident. From the appetizers to the entrees. Much smaller portions in the staples we have ordered various occasions before. Cheesecake Factory will no longer be a "go-to" option as it has been in the past. We were a party of 5 and spent a little over 200.00 with a couple drinks. The value is no longer there.Parking: Dadeland location always had valet parking which is fine, but slowly all the parking within 300 feet or more from the restaurant is now "valet parking" only or paid close parking. This is ridiculous. My family spent 200.00 and now need to park at Macy's, if lucky. NOTE...many so-called valet parking only were empty.

We waited 20 Minutes (on a Wednesday evening) to be seated and another 15 Minutes to place our order. After several excuses by our waiter our food arrived more than 40 minutes later. 2 dishes were luke warm and one was OK. Rice was dry and almost cold. Given the elevated price level we were overall very disappointed for the long waiting time and food temperature. 2 stars for our friendly waiter and the nice atmosphere. Will not consider coming back again.
Service for cheesecake took a bit longer than usual but overall I was pleased with the Oreo and the anniversary cheesecake

Very delicious as always, everything was very good until I went to pay the bill and the waiter only gave me 3 dollars when it was 17 dollars and he just acted like he didn't know and took out his wallet and handed me the rest and told me that I I had told him to get the change for him when I didn't say a word to him and he spent the rest as if hidden and it seemed like an abusive way towards the clients.

Sadly, not the restaurant it was. Service was very poor. Ask for a Manager and get ready for a 30 minute wait and then be greeted with surliness. For the price, no thanks. Used to be such a good place to eat but has gone on a death spiral of terrible service, small portions and really bad attitude.
