I highly suggest you do not order from this specific location. They forget requests and do not add things correctly. I ordered my chicken with skin, and no skin was added. I also ordered an additional garlic cilantro sauce, and no sauce was added to my order. I'm very disappointed at this location. I call them at 8:45pm (they close at 9pm during the week) and no answer. Please contact me for a refund on my order. This unacceptable.

Nope. The chicken breast for the meal we ordered was diced into pieces instead of left whole and the chicken for our bowls was dried out. There's a reason why this restaurant was completely empty when we went. The Mexican bowl we ordered was bland and the tomatillo sauce was too salty. It is also very expensive. We could've had something more tastier and for less money at Panera Bread (next door) or something more upscale (for the same price) if we stayed near Miracle Mile.

I ordered online, and it said the food would be ready in 5–10 minutes. I checked my phone again, and the time had gone up to an hour. I called multiple times to verify if the time was correct since I’m on my lunch break, and the staff would put me on hold for several minutes and wouldn’t pick up the phone again. I also couldn’t cancel my order because it said it would charge me the full amount. I'm very disappointed with the service at this place.

This restaurant is a rip-off, bad food cold and super expensive, went in a hungry mood, and regret it and will never return to this franchise restaurant, I dont even know how this place is even in existence, old rice, dirty , and the chiken taste like its being reheated many times protein portions are ridiculously low, Save yourself from a bad experience Avoid, AVOID!
