First and last time going to a chicken kitchen. Not bad, just very uninteresting. Didn't think it was good value for a bowl of mostly rice, some veggies, and a very small amount of pretty bland chicken. My partner in crime said "smells bad". I will certainly stick with Pollo Tropical in the future since it is vastly superior.
Today I had a horrible experience at this location. Not only did I wait in line for over 20 mins to get my food but the food was really bad. Usually the chicken is really good but at this place it was extremely dry and almost made me think it could be old chicken. The young guy in the front decided it was ok to have a full on conversation with someone on speaker phone while there was over 7 people in line.
