No hay gente q limpie las mesas!!! Y las porciones son cada vez más pequeñas mezquinan el arroz q es lo más barato!!! Una pena !!!! Mucha gente de la isla ..... se pega las malas costumbres

It's almost midnight, my first time in Miami, I'm walking from the bar to Chipotle to get some food before getting a Lyft to the hotel. I happen upon Pollo Tropical and thought 'Why not'. I let the staff know it's my first time visiting the restaurant and they tell me they'll take care of me and to just tap my card.
