No hay gente q limpie las mesas!!! Y las porciones son cada vez más pequeñas mezquinan el arroz q es lo más barato!!! Una pena !!!! Mucha gente de la isla ..... se pega las malas costumbres
Everyone knows pollo but the kindness I saw from the cashier, seemed like the manager, and her staff to the less fortunate of this community is laudable and unexpected. I’ll continue to return.
I’ve been coming to this Pollo Tropical for years, and somehow the service is still just as bad. I used to work nearby about a year or two ago and came here often, and even back then there were constant issues with basic things being left out.
Today, the person handing out the orders was actually nice, so I don’t blame them at all. And honestly, I also feel bad for the employee they have standing outside in the hot sun handing out orders.
