It closes at 12 am, we arrived at 11 pm, we spent 15 minutes in front of the counter, no one greeted us, no one attended to us. They were picking up and after observing the uncleanliness and dirt we decided that we did not want to eat today or ever.

I was there February 4th 8pm.. the cashier wasn't friendly at all.. restroom was clean but didn't have paper towels nor hand soap. The Bread in my meal was not fresh (from the same day), there was a lady (probably homeless) sleeping on the restaurant.. it was a mixture of creepy and sad experience..

Service is not great (to be kind). I had an online/app order that should have been ready at arrival. When I got there, no one even acknowledged me. After filling several orders from customers who just arrived and ordered, I finally had to stop them to get them to acknowledge my app order. Then they said that I had to call customer service because it did not go through in their system or that I could order in store. After waiting almost half an hour between waiting in store and calling, I finally caved in and just ordered in store and canceled my app order. When I finally got the food (reg tropichop), it was stale and somewhat cold, as if it had been sitting for hours, even though I just got it. The cuatro leche was good, however. My normal experience with Pollo is usually pleasant, so I'm guessing it's just this location

My friend doesn't speak Spanish and apparently most employees dealing with clients aren't bilingual. The gal who she gothad to find a translator which made a misunderstanding about her order that much more difficult. I am completely bilingual but wasn't by her when she went to collect her order.My order of churrasco (?) was very small meat (about the size of a dollar bill) and 2 small scoops of rice and a side of French fries. While tasty, the presentation left a lot to be desired, floating in a cardboard takeout and small bag of fries.The location was clean and most acceptable.Parking: We have disability placards so we didn't have any parking issues.

Recently I bought one of those tropichops large, I ordered white rice, CHICKEN, black beans, and all the way, as soon as I got home I prepared to eat, and surprise!! there was THREE PIECES OF CHICKEN, I thought the rest must be mixed with the toppings but nothing, unbelievable how these people work, that's way its name, pollo tropical, it has to have CHICKEN, but in this case there wasn't any, miserable company.
The grilled chicken and beans with rice was a hit with us. The chicken cooked to perfection.

Very expensive for the amount of food. Both my husband and I got the churrasco platter and it was rice, beans and meat. The meat pieces were 5 small pieces. I’d pay $7,50 for what I received but the price it charges is 12,79. I don’t know what people like about pollo tropical. I wanted to give a try because it’s near me but I think the pricing X amount of food x quality doesn’t add up. I’ll never return.So underwhelming I forgot to take pictures.

The soup was almost rotten today...old vegetables and almost green chicken...what a shameless lack of respect...and let it continue like this for the day...incredible.this is the 3rd time it has happened to me with you...something similar
