We ate very tasty ice cream here. There was something for everyone, classic milk ice cream, yogurt ice cream and vegan ice cream for my wife. There are a lot of flavors and lots of toppings. As always - and unfortunately - the small portion is very expensive and you end up going for the larger one. All in all, absolutely recommendable.

Ice-cream is amazing but pickup service is extremely INCONVENIENT. My fourth time ordering for pickup and they ALWAYS say they did not receive the order and even say that I probably order at the wrong store when it clearly states coconut grove. It is a shame and a huge drawback for those that wish to order for pick up. They never feel responsible for this even though ice creams are expensive.

Over hyped and over priced. You don’t get value for your money. Staff were friendly so service not an issue it’s just not worth the price by a long shot. Skip it.

I absolutely loved my overall Chill N experience! The ice cream was delicious and the employees who helped me: Tommy Chang and Nico Hernandez were so kind and helpful. They truly upheld a positive atmosphere and made me want to come back.
