We were a party of 4 having dinner at Chimba for the first time. Our server Paz was outstanding! She offered wonderful suggestions for drinks, appetizers and main course! Her service was extraordinary! The meal was also phenomenal! Branzino was to die for!!!

Great food and really good service overall. Everything we ordered was fresh and well prepared, and the staff was attentive without being over the top. Nicolas in particular was very nice and made sure we had a great experience. Would definitely come back.

This restaurant is so cozy, the happy hour is amazing, the food is so delicious and the service is incredible. Bianca, our server, was so nice and attentive. We came in on a Monday around 6pm and ordered off the happy hour menu. The brussel sprouts were out of this world good! The sauce they put on it is sweet and lightly spicy, and the little bits of bacon were a happy, salty surprise. The beef and chicken empanadas were also delicious.
