Yesterday I went to peruanos food truck, very nice customer service, nice dishes presentation but what we ordered did not tested delicious, I ordered ceviche for my taste you guys cut too big the pieces of fish, not enough lime and the fish was not fresh, the spaghettti a la huancaina was ok the salsa a la huancaina had a bright color but missed flavor. This review is for help you guys to improve. Thank you 🙏
