Had not visited this food truck in over 5 years because we had moved but the service and the food remains as good as when we first went. Got a pani patacón de carne for my husband and I with a side of fried cheese (was really craving more cheese 😅). The meat size was very decent, well seasoned, the cheese was not rubbery, and everything was freshly made. Definitely worth the drive. Can wait to come back for a picadera!
Chimi Paniagua es un lugar limpio y entretenido, su gente muy profesional, el sabor nunca ha cambiado desde la primera vez que fuimos, y como es Miami quien sabe q que persona famosa te encuentras en una noche de esas.
Food is great, i go there at least once a week they do a good job they cook with clean oil and are very friendly dominican food truck, I’ve tasted other food trucks and this one is one of the best.
