We used to order Chipotle from this store two to three times a month. We started receiving our orders with one or two wrong things over the past few months. In the past two months, the two time we ordered our orders have been way off. The sticker says black beans (which we ordered), we received pinto beans. We ordered fresh salsa, we got medium tomatillo sauce.
It's funny how from time to time you crave a flavor profile you are familiar with. Please your carnitas was extremely bland and lacked of seasoning. The rest was ok but for someone that comes here just for one item and gets disappointment is over.
My experience there was good and my bowl was made to perfection. And the guy who fix my bowl gave me a good portion and his customer service was on point. A short guy who was washing dishes and then came to fix my bowl. Honestly the rating and some of these reviews are just entitled customers who thinks the world revolves around them.
