I went into Chipotle at 11:38 pm and had a very unpleasant experience. I approached the first person on the line to place my order, but despite speaking to her several times, she wouldn’t respond. Instead of acknowledging me, she turned to her coworker and asked what time it was. When the coworker replied it was 11:40, she just made an annoyed facial expression and continued ignoring me.
I then said, “excuse me, I’m talking to you, are you still serving?” and still got no response. Finally, her coworker stepped in and kindly said, “sorry, how can I help you?” But by that point, the unprofessional attitude from the first employee had already ruined the experience.
Customer service was really poor, and I ended up leaving without buying anything. I find it unacceptable to treat customers this way, especially when the restaurant is advertised as being open until midnight and the doors are still open.

They called me for a interview and I went today but they told me it's was close even tho the door was open and there was a few worker in I see the map it says close but they called me and made a interview appointment made me waste an hour and a half just to tell me it close very disappointed I will not be applying to this location nor I suggest anyone to do unless you wanna waste your time and get annoyed

Horrible. This is by far the worst chipotle I have ever been to. The staff are extremely rude, the food is always cold, they never have what you are looking for and if they do it’s easier for them to say no. Makes sense why it has such low reviews.

This chipotle is the WORST. They are definitely the “charge you more, give you less” chipotle. Never in my life have I seen a chipotle so damn greedy with their portions. They will half scoop you to death. Go to the one in midtown, where they actually feed their customers
