I come to this place at my lunch, stood in line and the guy didn’t want to serve me because I asked for his veggie bowl. To which he answered with a dismissive grin that I can order it online. I asked him to just collect his bowl of vegetables and rice, to which he began to laugh. I asked if something was wrong with my order? He just started making faces and laughing with his colleague. I left this place without having lunch! !! I do not recommend this place never . No service and zero respect for customers!

I decided to have Chipotle for lunch. The line was super long, which wasn't the problem. My problem was when I arrived back at work and started to eat my food, my white rice was hard a sticky wasted my money. I was very upset.

It absolutely blows my mind how you can place an online order and they do not follow the order instructions. Every time I order from here, they manage to F it up like it's their job. Follow the instructions, make the food like people request, it's not that hard.

Started my bowl with was left of the Lettuce supply for my salad it container 5 pieces of brown lettuce and the server had no issues or intent of fixing it.

It was good, but not amazing. The fact that nothing is mixed in the burrito is a little disturbing because we come across each ingredient one by one. It is not heated so slightly cold. On the other hand, it is a good size. Difficult to park once again like almost everywhere in Miami.It cost $12.90 I think.

This Chipotle could do SOOO much better! The location is amazing! In the absolute heart of Brickell. I stopped by here for lunch and was extremely dissatisfied and disappointed! The staff overall was incredibly rude, very careless (except for one young girl). I’m usually a huge fan of chipotle but this had to be one of the worst bowls I’ve ever had. The bowl was messy, very small, and tasted horrible. As I was eating it it seemed like some ingredients were fresh and others had been sitting out for a long time. For example the rice and lettuce tasted fresh but then the salsas tasted sour and almost bitter. This was the first time ever I threw my bowl away having only eaten a couple bites. Such a shame for a place in an amazing location!! Hope they make a turn around!Vegetarian options: Veggie bowl, veggie burrito. Sofritas as protein alternatives or regular veggie bowl with guacamole included.
