I decided to have Chipotle for lunch. The line was super long, which wasn't the problem. My problem was when I arrived back at work and started to eat my food, my white rice was hard a sticky wasted my money. I was very upset.
It absolutely blows my mind how you can place an online order and they do not follow the order instructions. Every time I order from here, they manage to F it up like it's their job. Follow the instructions, make the food like people request, it's not that hard.

I come to this place at my lunch, stood in line and the guy didn’t want to serve me because I asked for his veggie bowl. To which he answered with a dismissive grin that I can order it online. I asked him to just collect his bowl of vegetables and rice, to which he began to laugh. I asked if something was wrong with my order? He just started making faces and laughing with his colleague.
