When i go to this chipotle and i see this one specific worker i immediately drive away and go to the next chipotle 2 miles away the portions are disrespectful and im not even talking about protein i ask for cheese and every single time i gotta ask for extra cheese. like rationing the cheese is crazy work specially after the fact that the price is going up and its always the same girl. do better.

They started my order and left it on the counter for more than 5 minutes, they went to serve another person and what I ordered was all cold and I asked them to prepare a new one for me and they refused, too rude despite being almost alone, I can't imagine what it would be like the service if they were full of clients. Finally I let the food over the counter I dont will seek for your bad service
I've been customer for years, but not anymore, Meat portions should already be on the children's menu it's a joke.

Mexican style food... spicy food, but if you ask they tell you it's spicy. You make your own plate, burrito or bowl. Prices around $15 to $20 per person. For me it is a great place to have something quick and super filling for lunch. They have drink refills. They have tables inside and outside, they are in a shopping plaza so plenty of parking. It is crossing the highway from the dolphing mall.

I ordered on uber and they forgot my guac. Kind of disappointing to pay five dollars for a bag of chips. They also only included about half the contents I selected in my burrito, I didn’t get any tomatoes or cheese. I also know that my uber driver was not at fault for picking the wrong bag or something because all the items had my name on it. Or at least my burrito did. So anyways that’s pretty messed up. Super annoying. There was also just mostly rice in my serving in general. the steak and other toppings were very minimal. I feel the employees knew they were being skimpy.
Fabulous staff. Great tasting food. My issue was that the strawberry pomegranate lemonade ran out while filling my cup. My other concern was that the shelves for pre-orders needed to be cleaned as well as the tables and floor. My chips were stale also.
Parking: There is a sub shop next door, so the lot.is busy but has ample parking.

I go to this location once or twice a week and it is a hit or miss. Sometimes is great and you get proper portions, others like today, I waited 25 mins for an online order (1 burrito) small portions. Only 3 employees running the place and one of them was new. They were running out of food probably because of staffing issues and the customer is the one paying price getting serve small portions to strech out the food. Not nice at all. No ice in the machine. Cant understand how they dont have the new Coke machines that are available all over.. they still in the stone age bringing ice in a bucket. Overfilled garbage cans. Really tired of the inconsistency across all Chipotles. It has been all over the news and they still fail to fixnthe inconsistency.
Just a typical Chipotle. The tables were a little dirty though.
