Chipotle Mexican Grill is honestly one of my go-to spots whenever I’m in Miami or New York. I don’t know how they do it, but I’ve never had a bad experience yet. The service is always quick, the food is consistent, and even though they sometimes add new items here and there, the menu stays familiar enough that you know exactly what you’re getting and the quality is the same no matter which branch you walk into.
My bowl is basically a ritual at this point: brown or white rice (depending on the mood), always beans, and without fail, guacamole and cheese. They never miss. I’ve also been getting into their drinks lately. One of my favourites was this juice blend with turmeric, cardamom, and orange. And if you like something a bit fruity and refreshing, the Agua Berry Fresca is lovely too, with apple cider vinegar, strawberry, and pomegranate.
All in all, I’d absolutely recommend Chipotle to anyone.

Yo horrible ahh place dude the tomatoes were like molding and like I also like tried to eat and the food was mad hard, the reason am writing this is because I was mad excited to freaking eat and they js had to have everything bad.

One of the best Chipotle Mexican Grills I've visited. Very clean, everything in order and above all the attention, highlight the attention of a lady who was nearby at the payment box, who spoke English and a little Spanish and was very professional, pleasant and attentive to the request, the truth is that we have to highlight when you find such special staff anywhere.

I wouldn’t recommend this Chipotle location. Most of the tables were dirty, and the bathroom was in poor condition — the floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time. I ordered a chicken quesadilla for my son, and the experience was disappointing. The staff told me they couldn’t put meat inside the quesadilla, which is unusual. Instead, they served a plain cheese quesadilla with the chicken on the side. This has never been an issue at other Chipotle locations, where I’ve been served fully prepared quesadillas with more flexibility on the sides. Overall, the cleanliness and service here fell short of expectations.

I had a very frustrating experience at this place. I placed an online order that was supposed to be ready by 12 p.m., but when I arrived a little earlier, my order was not among the prepared ones. Since there were many people and the app still showed it as “pending,” I decided to sit and wait, which seemed like the most logical thing to do. However, an employee with blue hair and dark skin spoke to me in a rude and public manner, questioning why I had sat down instead of asking about my order. I believe she had no reason to question my actions, especially since I hadn’t even spoken to her, and certainly not in front of other customers. It was an uncomfortable and unnecessary situation that ruined the experience. The lack of respect and professionalism makes me not want to return.

Worst chipotle we’ve ever been to. Food is consistantly salty or over seasoned. When asked to try the food prior to purchase to see if they had shaped up … my wife was given attitude afterwards. This location ruined the new adobe ranch. The cooks need a new training on how to cook At this location.
