I had a very frustrating experience at this place. I placed an online order that was supposed to be ready by 12 p.m., but when I arrived a little earlier, my order was not among the prepared ones. Since there were many people and the app still showed it as “pending,” I decided to sit and wait, which seemed like the most logical thing to do. However, an employee with blue hair and dark skin spoke to me in a rude and public manner, questioning why I had sat down instead of asking about my order. I believe she had no reason to question my actions, especially since I hadn’t even spoken to her, and certainly not in front of other customers. It was an uncomfortable and unnecessary situation that ruined the experience. The lack of respect and professionalism makes me not want to return.

Worst chipotle we’ve ever been to. Food is consistantly salty or over seasoned. When asked to try the food prior to purchase to see if they had shaped up … my wife was given attitude afterwards. This location ruined the new adobe ranch. The cooks need a new training on how to cook At this location.

It’s absolutely the best Chipotle branch in the area. All the staff are really kind, the portions are great, and the place usually looks clean with a great atmosphere. They’re doing a really great job and absolutely deserve 5 stars!!

Always dirty very rude stuff. This is a place in Doral. I’m not sure why African-American people are being hired. They’re very aggressive, unwelcoming and horrible customer service the big lady that works at the front charging people is super rude.
This particular chipotle location is one of the best I've been to in awhile. The staff was excellent - there was a new worker being trained and you could clearly witness the culture of compassion, respect, and customer service integrated into the employees. 5 stars.

We went on a weekend afternoon for lunch and the ingredients did not feel fresh. It tasted very bad and we had to trash our bowl because it already caused an upset stomach. Did not feel like a Chipotle at all.

When i go to this chipotle and i see this one specific worker i immediately drive away and go to the next chipotle 2 miles away the portions are disrespectful and im not even talking about protein i ask for cheese and every single time i gotta ask for extra cheese. like rationing the cheese is crazy work specially after the fact that the price is going up and its always the same girl. do better.
