Had a really great experience at this Chipotle location. Jacquelyn was especially wonderful — I mentioned that my daughter loves the vinaigrette, and even while she was helping multiple customers at once, she still took the time to make some for us. That meant a lot and showed such thoughtful customer service. She was kind, attentive, and handled everything so well during a busy time. The other employees were also great, friendly, and hardworking. Overall, such a positive experience, and I really appreciated the care from the whole team.

If i could give this place a zero I would give it a -0 . From the service to the food, I went there on Halloween and every time I go to this location I get horrible rude service. Recently visited this location and ordered 6 chicken bowls and each bowl had 5 cubs of chicken in the bowl and when i informed the attendant that was assisting me I was ignored. Corporate really should look into this location

It was okay. We get a big serving that was nice but you can eat outside just in the EXTREM cold restaurant - as European tourist not so nice but food was good. Service was not so good - very unfriendly but at the end, it’s just fast food

They seem very desorganized. Long line waiting for the rice. They need more training also chips are very very salty it was a shame because I ordered 2 bags I had to throw it away. They just opened I hope they read all the bad reviews and change what is wrong.

Today, (2/26/26), around 5 p.m., I visited this Chipotle for the first time. The manager was very rude and uninviting. She served stale chips and hurriedly assembled everything. She kept rushing me even though there weren't any customers behind me. She also gave small portions that weren’t worth the price. I wouldn't come back here no matter the cost. My whole view of Chipotle changed from being one of my favorite places to eat to one I avoid now.

I think they're closed? Drove by a couple times this week and didn't see the lights on. Enjoyed eating there once, standard Chipotle experience.

When I ask for condiments on the sides. They did not inform me it was an extra charges. Cheese queso, Avocado, salsa. The server put a very small amount of meat on the burrito. Maybe 2 flat tablespoons. It was vegetable that meat. I regret going there. WILL NOT GO TO chipotle. I wonder was the prejudice. Don't recall no non-latins worker.

I ordered a burrito from another branch through a delivery app the other day and I got sent a pretty small burrito. Now that I actually walked in, I got to ask them to add a little more. The lady asked the manager who complied. Thank you for the great service. I finally had my fill of your delicious burrito. It was well worth the drive!
