Food was scarce, I came in at 4:10 PM, the girl behind the counter told me they just went through a shift change so there were toppings unavailable, No problem, I undertand. She was handling business like she was the owner, impressive speed and efficient, the only person in the line making the food and attending the register at the same time, a raise is well deserved. DO NOT show up around 4 PM

Ah, no veggies either... Well then is all about the super soggy tomato and lettuce swimming in water.
A bowl is not a platter guys, food gets stacked not arranged side by side, that's Pollo tropical.
Huge lot of nope and I'm sorry for the overworked front of the house when management is failing for all on planning and training.

Staff was rude, dine in area was filthy, and food was just ok. Didn't put even close to a full scoop of chicken and wouldn't fix the issue, was ignored for 12 minutes when trying to get the soda cup THAT I PAID FOR. Only got it because I walked behind the counter to get it after waiting all that time. Every table was disgusting, I had to eat my burrito standing up. Worst chipotle I've ever been to
