Pricey but tasty. Kevin did a great job & mixing up our flavors. We had butter pecan and the apple pie a la cold stone. The butter pecan lacked real pecans mixed in the ice cream. At $15 for 2 ice cream cups, we would have expected that.

The ice cream was awesome, and the customer service was even better. The only problem is that I have to take a long drive to Cold Stone. If it was a little closer to us1, I would get ice cream at least twice a month.

During July 2020, I ordered a cake which totaled $35.30. I go to pick it up and on the receipt I'm supposed to sign, the cake decorator had written in all caps, "NO TIP!! ?" I'm sorry, what? When did you seve me cake? Did you deliver? No? Then you don't get a tip. I paid for a cake. That doesn't mean you automatically get a tip. But since you're so pressed for one: if you need more money, get a better job. And all this during covid when you have no idea what people's financial situations are. FOH

Dylan was very helpful in making sure our ice cream experience was top-notch! He went out of his way to put on his charm for my 5 year old son who was crying the whole way and make him shut up lol. Would recommend over and over. Definitely coming back!
