This place was probably gorgeous when it first opened. I wanted to have my sons party here which online looks amazing but the place is in need of some TLC. It has become rundown. A little bit of love and upgrading would make this place amazing again. The staff was super nice though.

I had some time without visiting cool de sac. I used to like but today I found this place is very deteriorated. Many games doesn't work. Isn't clean at all. So sad. Garbage in all areas. one of our favorites to enjoy en the weekends. I hope adminstration do some renovations and maintenance.

We went to a party. The party was awesome, the food was good and the service was excellent. However the playground is destroyed and there is zero supervision. My daughter got pushed so hard by some older, maniacally deranged boys, that she ended up crying and scared of the place. Also they charge TWENTY dollars to sit and color LOL dolls drawings. This place is definitely not good for toddlers and it needs to be redesigned. They cater to older, bullying type of kids. If they want toddlers, they would have to wipe it out and build it from scratch.

Two years ago, this place was great. Now, it is extremely run down. The owners must have not spend a penny since it opened. The carpet in the play area is disgusting, and would be an easy inexpensive fix. The "gaming" area that has Xbox is a joke, out of the 6 stations, they have only 2 were on and didn't even work. The table tops that the gaming area is are chipped and broken. Last time I was there, the staff would walk around the areas to make sure the kids are safe- none was seen in the play area. The salon area had no props. I can go on and on. This would be the last time I take my kids there. Such a disappointment, especially that they were really good 2 years ago.

Not too crowded, especially on a weekday. Weekday price is not bad for what they offer. Kids get a free lunch on Wednesday but ONLY with the purchase of an adult entree (which are the more pricey options). Adult portions are a good size.

Great concept. Parents can hang out while kids run around and play. Day we went however seemed the maintenance of the place was deteriorating. Some spots were less than clean. Other than that kids really enjoyed it!

Great spot, we went on a weekday but there was no paper in the art area and in the video games area there were multiple screens that didn't work, the ones that did were not programmed to start a game up easily or there was no game queued at all. The lego and dress up area were well stocked, the obstacle courses were also entertaining, we also had lunch there. The food was great so we're the menu prices and the waiter was awesome but I would not pay that amount as an entrance fee again knowing that some areas would not be accessible. They should either inform the customer or have a sign up. The themed parties on the weekend look like fun, I would give them another shot but next time I'd try the weekend not a weekday.

Im honestly not very picky but this place is pretty terrible. Its super dirty, the seats and carpets are ripped and clearly havent been vacuumed, and worst of all the roof is leaking right over the toddler area! I watched a girl slip and hit her head so i notified the attendant who admitted that its been a problem all week with the rain. So despite knowing this, no precautions had been made and they only brought out towels and buckets after i said something. Totally unsafe!
