I've come here 2 times. The first time, they refused to serve tap water, because they claimed they didn't have any. However, I could clearly see they had a tap. They claimed the only option for water was an $8 water bottle. Ridiculous. However, I gave it another chance. This time they charged me $10 cover pp to use at the bar. I ordered 2 tequila pineapple sodas and a coke (no alcohol) that came out to $35 so I had to pay out of pocket plus tip. Then it turns out there is no alcohol in my drinks. Bartenders then ignored me, waited 10 minutes to order a shot to put in my drink (it was empty in there btw), turns out they cost $15 for bottom shelf alcohol which they don't tell you in advance. Overpriced, rude bartenders, bad music, bad experience. Scammers! Worth it? You decide

Sketchy place at night!! I was here for a party and asked people their age.. they were all teenagers and hence underaged. They also asked everyone different entrance prices , lot of discrimination it seems unfortunately.

Women enter for free. Men are charged $10 but get coupons to use at the bar for the full amount. Margaritas were $18 but were huge and delicious.
We'll go back earlier next time with more friends and to try the food .

Really disappointed came expecting a good night with my girls out and I was not given any water in a cup from the bar. I was dying from thirst and did not have enough funds to pay a ridiculous $8 bill for water. This is ridiculous!!! Do not coke unless you’re up for being scammed. Water is provided at all nightlife establishments no questions asked. I was close to a heat stroke therefore the venue was outdoors.
Unprofessional security staff. Impolite. And yes ethics. The Cuban security has no ethics. He doesn't even know the laws of this country. Apparently.

I came here on Saturday with a group of people as part of our Happy Hour Bar Crawl. According to Crusoe's website they have Happy Hour WED-SUN from 5-9pm. We walked in and they told us to leave that they were not open yet....It was 8:00pm.I use to go to this bar when it was The Butcher Shop; so location is great, and the atmosphere seemed like it would have been cool but, it didn't seem like they had their act together.
